The Job

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Menerima, memeriksa, dan mencatat barang masuk dan keluar.

Mempertahankan inventaris gudang secara terorganisir dan praktis.

Melakukan pemeriksaan inventaris secara berkala untuk memastikan data inventaris sesuai dengan inventaris fisik.

Mengoperasikan sistem pencatatan inventaris (Excel atau perangkat lunak gudang).

Berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik dan operasional untuk memastikan kelancaran pengiriman barang.

Menjaga area gudang tetap bersih, aman, dan rapi.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming and outgoing goods.

Maintain warehouse inventory in an organized and practical manner.

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure inventory data matches physical inventory.

Operate an inventory recording system (Excel or warehouse software).

Coordinate with the logistics and operational teams to ensure the smooth delivery of goods.

Keeping the warehouse area clean, safe, and tidy.

Ideal Candidate

Kualifikasi:

Ijazah SMA atau sederajat.

Setidaknya satu tahun pengalaman di bidang pergudangan atau logistik lebih disukai.

Mahir menggunakan komputer, terutama Microsoft Excel.

Teliti, jujur, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

Mampu bekerja di lingkungan dinamis yang membutuhkan fleksibilitas dan mobilitas.

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred.

Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Excel.

Thorough, honest, disciplined, and able to work in a team.

Able to work in dynamic environments that require flexibility and mobility.
