In order to strengthen our Finance & Actuarial team,, we are looking for you as a self-driven individual at our offices in Ismaning, Germany for the role of Senior Actuary Non-Life (m/f/d).
As part of the team, you are responsible for reserving tasks under local GAAP, IFRS and Solvency II in close collaboration with our Entities.
Assist our Chief Actuary in providing actuarial advice to the CFO, Board and Branches.
Advice on Solvency II topics across the Organisation.
Support Risk Management, ORSA-process, and Planning/FP&A.
Give guidance regarding reinsurance and underwriting across the Organisation.
University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field with strong quantitative focus
Qualification from an actuarial body recognised in the EU is an advantage. .
Several years of experience in actuarial reserving (ideally motor), data-oriented tasks, regulatory reporting under Solvency II or similar.
Competent MS Excel user and experience with actuarial software (preferably ResQ).
Good team skills, the ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues across Europe.
Fluent in spoken and written English and ideally German, and the ability to move confidently in an international environment.
