Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Manage cross-departmental teams, align responsibilities, and drive results.

Ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of multiple complex projects.

Proactively assess and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth delivery cycles.

Engage confidently with executive stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

Uphold quality and compliance benchmarks across all project deliverables.

Mentor junior project managers, strengthening internal delivery frameworks.

Utilize tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana for project tracking and documentation.

You Bring

710 years of experience in Project Management, especially in banking, finance, or enterprise technology domains.

Proven record of delivering high-value projects with strategic impact.

Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Strong budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure project momentum.

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.

Educational Background & Certifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
