Real people recruitment is working on behalf of our client, a leading logistics company based in Dublin 15, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their growing operations team.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Dublin 15

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong logistics, inventory, and freight coordination experience to step into a key role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage logistics functions including stock management, order processing, fulfilment, scheduling, shipment planning, and job pricing

Expedite freight consignments efficiently while tracking costs and maintaining up-to-date records on the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order flow, customer satisfaction, and optimal stock availability

Monitor shipments across various channels, resolving delays and errors quickly

Review shipping documentation and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance

Engage with subcontractors, service providers, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Implement and uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards, including ISO and regulatory guidelines

Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring service excellence

Continuously contribute to process improvements to optimize the supply chain and logistics performance

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and inventory management

Strong knowledge of the supply chain, common challenges, and effective solutions

Proficiency in WMS and other logistics software systems

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-moving environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

Familiarity with regulatory standards and ISO requirements in logistics

A results-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
