Responsibilities:
Efficient and Accurate Operation of Packaging Equipment.
Set up, run, change over and shut down packaging lines.
Perform line clearances and changeovers with minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
Strict Adherence to GMP, SOPs, and Safety Protocols
Maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
Follow batch records and documentation procedures with zero errors.
Identify and report deviations promptly.
Meet Production Targets Without Compromising Quality
Consistently achieve or exceed output goals (units per hour/day).
Minimize waste and rework due to operator error.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean, 5S, Six Sigma if applicable).
Demonstrate Initiative and Leadership
Train or mentor junior operators.
Good Attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
High school/GED + 2 years' work experience OR Associates and 6 months' work experience OR Bachelors
Operations and Manufacturing experience.
Technical & Mechanical Aptitude (Machine Operation & Troubleshooting)
GMP & Regulatory Compliance Knowledge.
Attention to Detail & Quality Control, Team collaboration, communication skills, computer literacy.
