DANISH & English Digital and Safety Analyst based in

We are currently expanding our operations and are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Job Overview:

As a Digital and Safety Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and efficiency of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing safety-related data, identifying risks, and implementing measures to protect our users and digital environments. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess digital activity to identify safety risks, violations, and potentially harmful content

Review reports and conduct investigations into safety incidents and suspicious behavior on our platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce safety protocols and digital best practices

Analyze data and generate reports on trends, incidents, and user behavior to improve safety measures

Contribute to the development and improvement of automated tools and systems for safety monitoring

Support escalations from customer service teams regarding safety-related concerns

Stay up to date with current digital safety trends, online threats, and regulatory requirements

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding user safety and data protection

Qualifications:

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Slovak is a plus

Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Media, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in digital safety, content moderation, trust & safety, or data analysis is a strong asset

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment
