Network Engineer Staff (L2)

As a Network Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client network infrastructures. Your key responsibilities will include:

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Deploy and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) according to the Statement of Work (SoW)

Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues at the client site

Escalate complex technical issues to principals or vendors

Maintain documentation and submit regular technical reports

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in network implementation

Bachelors degree in computer engineering, Informatics, or other related fields

Proficiency in routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, IS-IS

Strong knowledge of switching and basic to intermediate network configuration

Familiar with network security concepts, especially firewalls

Experience with access points and SD-WAN technology

Fast learner with a strong desire to improve

Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferably certified with CCNA or HCIA (Routing & Switching)

Hands-on experience with devices from Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto is a plus

Willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies
