Salary, Package & Progression

Salary is negotiable but approximately 90,000 + Excellent Commission Structure. There is potential to grow into a Director role within the next couple of years as the department expands.

Essential Experience

Pricing Small Works Fit Out Projects (up to approximately 250K per project)

Costing and winning projects

Allocating and aiding delivery of fast-paced projects to small works team members

Overview

We are recruiting for an excellent fit-out contractor seeking a Head of Department for their growing small works fit-out team.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career and potentially progress into a Director role as the department continues to grow.

Please note, this position is more suitable for candidates with a strong commercial background, as a major part of the role involves pricing small works fit-out projects, costing and winning work, and supporting project delivery.

Team
