What You’ll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll lead commercial plumbing operations, delivering precision and quality in service and construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogs, pipe damage) in commercial settings with efficiency.

Install and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, ensuring compliance with local codes and blueprints.

Read and interpret schematics to execute accurate pipe and fixture installations.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to proactively address issues.

Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Communicate professionally with clients, explaining services, costs, and maintenance practices.

Respond promptly to emergency plumbing situations, maintaining flexibility and high standards.

Uphold safety and quality standards, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and team development.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or formal training, with proven commercial/industrial plumbing expertise.

Licenses: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; state/federal plumbing licenses required.

Skills: Proficiency with a wide variety of plumbing tools and techniques, strong problem-solving, and clear communication.

Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs., work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and underground piping, and perform in dynamic environments.

Requirements: Pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Availability: Willing to respond to emergency plumbing situations, including odd hours.

Behavioral Traits: Ability to lead team meetings, estimate materials/labor, and track productivity against targets.
