In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Bundaberg and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.

A typical day will involve

Ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch.

Managing daily sales orders, quote requests and management of customer projects

Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained

Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies that will help the branch exceed sales and service objectives.

Responding to customer queries & outbound follow up calls

Further enhance a strong WH&S culture.

A bit about you

Previous experience in a spare parts, sales or customer service role desirable, but not essential

Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us

Forklift license nice to have

Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience within sales roles highly regarded – however we will provide the required product training

Have a passion for all things electrical and enjoy a fair dinkum yarn with a sparkie!
