Job Description
Summary: Under the general supervision of the Budget and Contract Manager. Will be assisting with the DDS billing process and other miscellaneous administrative task.
Responsibilities:
Data entry for DDS billing
Tracking for DDS billing
Upkeep of B/B units
Upkeep of dollars for Individual Contracts
Tracking usage & billing for agency
Performs and assists in miscellaneous administrative departmental tasks
Other clerical duties as required
Qualifications: Candidate must have High School Diploma; 2-3 years of general office and/or billing experience; good Oral & Written Communication; Telephone and Interpersonal skills; pleasant, patient and an excellent eye for detail; working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
