We are currently recruiting a Food Production and Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Fife College, Dunfermline Campus, Pittsburgh Road, Dunfermline, KY11 8DY

£11.44 per hour

Full time – 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Shifts range between 6am – 2pm

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the production of cold food in our central production based at Dunfermline Campus .

Serve food and beverages to customers

Serving on the hot counter

Food prep including preparing sandwiches, salads, paninis and deserts.

Food production and service

Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required

Restock Goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise

Clean back of house areas, crockery & cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.

Clean and tidy counter and other public areas

Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements

Undertake relevant training as required

Experience

Previous kitchen experience/food prep experience would be beneficial

Must be a reliable team player with excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of Allergen law is essential

Great customer service skills

A DBS check is required

Full training will be provided for this role.
