Pro Fee and Pro Clinic Coder (Full-time)

Healthcare Coding and Consulting Services (HCCS) is excited to announce a full-time opening for an experienced and certified Pro Clinic and Pro Fee Coder with specialties in Pain Management and Psychiatry. This is a remote, direct-hire position offering long-term career stability and growth with a company that values accuracy, professionalism, and coder-first support.

At HCCS, we hire coders based on their specialty experience, ensuring you're matched with chart types and providers where you can excel. You’ll be responsible for coding accurately by chart type, working in systems like EPIC, and consistently meeting quality and productivity standards. Our coders work closely with our Coding and Scheduling Managers to maintain strong workflows and deliver high performance.

What We Look for in a Pro Fee Coder:

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Bring a minimum of 3 years of Pro Fee and/or Pro Clinic/Outpatient coding experience

Have at least 3 years of production coding experience in a high-volume environment

Have coded Pro Fee and/or Pro Clinic/Outpatient charts within the last 6 months

Hold an active AAPC or AHIMA certification (CPC-A and CCA certifications are not accepted or considered)

Must be able to work Full-time, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm EST/ CST

Must have experience with EPIC (no training is offered)

Must reside in the United States.
