As a Management Analyst, you’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth financial, statistical, and investigative studies to support planning, policy development, and program evaluation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze workflows, assess resource allocation, and recommend improvements to systems and procedures. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives, budget planning, and operational outcomes across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial, statistical, and investigative studies to support departmental planning and operations
Compile, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; prepare and present comprehensive reports
Recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
Plan and implement revised operating procedures and workflow enhancements
Analyze staffing, space allocation, and operational efficiency
Collaborate on the design and implementation of new forms, systems, and automated processes
Assist in preparing, monitoring, and maintaining biennial and program-specific budgets
Estimate expenditures, prepare justifications, and present financial data to stakeholders
Monitor fiscal transactions for compliance with policies and budget constraints
Develop and present detailed narrative and financial reports to leadership and commissions
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and policy analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations
Experience with workflow analysis, process improvement, and systems implementation preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
