Job Title: Trauma and Extremities Inventory Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trauma and Extremities Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of trauma and extremity medical devices, ensuring accurate tracking, and optimizing stock levels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and suppliers. A bachelor's degree and experience in the medical device industry are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the inventory of trauma and extremity medical devices, including orthopedic implants, prosthetics, and related supplies

- Ensure accurate tracking and recording of inventory levels, including receiving, storage, and distribution of trauma and extremity medical devices

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of trauma and extremity medical devices

- Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for the storage and inventory management of trauma and extremity medical devices

- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies

- Provide training and support to healthcare staff on proper inventory management procedures for trauma and extremity medical devices

- Undertakes additional responsibilities as delegated by management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred

- Experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or medical device setting, with a focus on trauma and extremities

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for the storage and inventory management of trauma and extremity medical devices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and suppliers

- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
