RV Service Advisor

Be the Voice of the Service Department — and Actually Enjoy It

Our client is a growing, family-owned RV dealership with one of the best reputations in the Midwest. Known for treating both customers and employees with respect, they’re hiring a Service Advisor to be the go-to contact between customers and techs in their Columbus location.

If you’ve worked in service writing, RV coordination, or even auto service but are looking for a more supportive environment — this is worth a look.

What You’ll Do:

Greet service customers and document their concerns in detail

Schedule jobs and communicate clearly with the shop and parts department

Create estimates, manage work orders, and ensure timely updates

Handle warranty claims, upsell services, and maintain CSI scores

Keep customers informed every step of the way

What You Bring:

1–3 years in a service advisor, service writer, or customer care role (RV or auto)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfort managing multiple open jobs and shifting priorities

Knowledge of RV systems is a plus, but not required — they’ll train you
