A Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Plattsburgh, NY

Responsibilities Include:

Gathering intake information for new residents upon admission

Monitoring and documenting vital signs and overall resident health

Administering prescribed medications and injections

Providing wound care and treating bedsores as needed

Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required

Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily routines

Tracking residents' nutritional intake and output

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the State of New York

Must be a reliable team player with strong communication skills

In good standing with the State Registry
