Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Coordinator located in Cedar Rapids, IA. We will consider candidates with minimal experience if willing and able to learn to advanced levels of expertise. The Legal Coordinator will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, managing title insurance policies, and handling commercial real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Legal document preparation and due diligence skills

Experience with title insurance

Experience with commercial NNN lease agreements

Expertise in commercial real estate transactions

Experience with corporate formation and governance

Experience with 1031 Exchange Transactions

Problem solver with a desire to improve processes

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience
