We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the cause

Follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

Collaborate with internal departments to find prompt solutions

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and features

Recommend improvements to processes and service tools based on customer feedbackQualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

1+ year of experience in customer service or related role
