We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the cause

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and features

Qualifications
