We are seeking a motivated and driven Trainee Leader to join our team and embark on a leadership development path. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build their skills, understand operations, and grow into a management position. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in multiple facets of our business.

Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on operations, sales, and team leadership

Support department managers in daily operations and special projects

Learn to lead, motivate, and supervise teams to meet performance goals

Monitor key business metrics and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Assist in implementing strategic plans and initiatives

Attend leadership workshops and development sessions

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer serviceQualifications

Qualifications
