We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our Columbus-based team. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal and external events, ensuring each one aligns with our brand values and business goals. This role plays a key part in enhancing our visibility, engaging key stakeholders, and promoting our services.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute corporate events, open houses, real estate showcases, and community engagement initiatives

Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio/visual support, and on-site event management

Work with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and event campaigns

Manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts

Track attendance, collect feedback, and generate post-event reports to measure success

Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and clients

Ensure all events align with the brand identity and business objectives of Property SoarQualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in real estate or corporate settings

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required by events
