Job Description

Handle a mix of transactional and advisory legal work across business, real estate, and estate planning matters

Lead client consultations and deliver legal solutions tailored to business owners and families

Collaborate with colleagues in a low-drama, high-performance team environment

Maintain a 1,400 annual billable hour target

Engage in mentoring and continuous development within the firm

Qualifications

Active Montana State Bar License

No experience required; legal experience in business law, estate planning, or real estate preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of client matters

Desire to grow long-term with a collaborative and well-supported team
