APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Middlebury, IN looking to add Paint Line General Labor Clerks to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to safely operate and monitor production machinery to ensure parts are manufactured accurately. Keep reading for more details!

1st shift opportunity - Monday to Friday from 5am-3:30pm with OT required.

Competitive hourly rate at $18/hr.

Contract-to-hire position - you'll be hired based on attendance, performance and client needs.

What your day will look like:

Operate and monitor machinery on the production line

Perform routine quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy

Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets

Other general labor or warehouse duties as required

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as needed

What we are looking for:

Prior manufacturing experience preferred

Excellent attitude and willingness to learn

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Detail-oriented
