Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves shaping the technical vision and strategy within an application domain while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture goals. The ideal candidate will excel in designing robust frameworks, driving application roadmaps, and communicating technical solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the technical vision and strategy for applications within a specific domain.

• Create, document, and govern frameworks and platforms for use by technical teams.

• Develop application roadmaps and architecture strategies that align with enterprise goals.

• Evaluate and implement architectural trends and best practices within the application domain.

• Mentor technical delivery teams to ensure effective execution of architectural plans.

• Design cloud-native solutions incorporating modern integration patterns such as APIs and event streams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate transactional systems with analytical systems at scale.

• Ensure software solutions meet demanding requirements for performance, reliability, and security.

• Communicate architectural decisions clearly to leadership and business stakeholders.

• Conduct product and solution evaluations to ensure alignment with business objectives.• Proven experience in application architecture and roadmap development.

• Strong skills in cloud technologies and modern integration patterns.

• Familiarity with marketing data assets and campaign management systems.
