Job Title: AI Ethics Policy Analyst
Location: Work performance shall be performed onsite at government facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR). The NCR includes the District of Columbia and neighboring counties and cities of Maryland, Virginia, including Arlington, Loudon, Fairfax and Prince William counties in Virginia.
Citizenship: US Citizenship required
Security Clearance: Must have active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Salary: *US market data $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on years of relevant professional experience, related professional skillset, educational background and geographical location.

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a proficient AI Ethics Policy Analyst for the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Officer (OCDAO) Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Program Support Services. The AI Ethics Policy Analyst will support policy development and governance for Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. This role involves drafting policy, coordinating governance councils and advising leadership on ethical AI trends and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in political science, policy, government or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience writing Responsible AI policy
Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating governance bodies and advising leadership on ethical AI trends and compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in political science, policy, government or related field
Job Duties:
Draft and review Responsible AI policy.
Coordinate AI governance council meetings.
Respond to policy-related inquiries and taskers.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to advance AI governance.
Track and report on policy implementation progress.
