About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead the Human Resources function for our Greenfield Project in Nayudupeta, supporting end-to-end HR operations at our large-scale solar manufacturing facility in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR operations for a workforce of 5000+ employees at the greenfield solar manufacturing site.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, CLRA, and liaise effectively with Labour and Factories Departments.

Handle statutory inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and efficiency.

Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes at scale.

Implement and enhance employee engagement, welfare, and industrial relations initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to support plant operations and business growth.

Qualifications:

MBA in HR / IR or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in core manufacturing HR, preferably with greenfield project exposure.

Required Skills:

Strong background in HR operations within a core manufacturing setup.

In-depth knowledge of labour law compliance, including CLRA, and experience in dealing with government departments.

Proven ability to manage large teams in high-volume industrial environments.

Experience in conducting inspections, managing audits, and adhering to statutory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in the solar energy or renewable manufacturing sector.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
