Role : Backup Administrator/ Team Member - IT Services

Qualification: BE/B. Tech, BCA

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically adept Team Member – IT Services to join our IT team. This role involves managing backup solutions, maintaining server infrastructure, ensuring network reliability, and contributing to the design and scalability of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with backup tools like Commvault and Veeam, strong server management skills, and a collaborative mindset to support robust IT operations.

Required Skills -

Proficiency in backup tools such as Commvault and Veeam(implementation, configuration, and management)

Strong understanding of networking concepts; CCNA certification preferred.

Expertise in managing Linux and Windows servers(installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting)

Familiarity with clustering and virtualization technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to IT operations.

Ability to produce and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Basic knowledge of of IT architecture and design principles to contribute to system enhancements.
