Current Shifts Available

Base Rate: $19.50

2-2-3 Schedule Premium: 10%

Night Shift Premium: 10%

Night Shift (5:00pm-5:00am)

2-2-3 Schedule (2 days during the week, every other weekend) - 1 Position

4 days a week (no weekends) - 1 Position

Please note due this schedule will transition to a 2-2-3 schedule in the future due to increase business!

Qualifications

Detail oriented, able to spot visual quality defects, and are comfortable using computer systems

Ability to work in a team environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Possess problem-solving skills

High School Diploma/GED not required

Background check, drug screening and hearing test performed after offer

Physical Requirements

Working in a manufacturing environment, you will be on standing and walking 12 hours at a time, regularly lifting, bending, and twisting

Use of visual inspection techniques, using measurement tools, and may assist production operators on occasion

Safety glasses, safety toe shoes, hearing protection and cut-resistant gloves required

You could be asked to lift up to 50lbs periodically, but more frequently you will be asked to lift or carry materials can weigh between 20-30lbs

We train and expect everyone to follow ergonomically correct posture when working to prevent injury
