SAP Application Lead- PP, PM, SD

Job Description

We are a Global Manufacturing Company located in Branchburg NJ, searching for IT SAP- Process and Application specialist )

Guided by the German Headquarters the SAP Application Consultant will be responsible for defining and evaluating existing business processes and the developing, optimizing and implementation of new process flows, the transfer and configuration of these processes into SAP functionality, user support, production issues, training and documentation across the entire SAP Suite. Main emphasis is production planning and plant maintenance.

Job Duties

Work with user community/business process owners to understand and help document new requirements.

Assist in all aspects of Project Management and willing to take on SAP projects independently.

Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, technical business users and business analysts.

Consulting of the departments regarding SAP ERP modules PP an PM

Analyzing customer's business processes and SAP solution design

Responsible for SAP support and production issues.

Responsible for SAP configuration (customizing) for assigned functional area.

End-User support in the areas of PP and PM.

Responsible for the documentation updates of existing and new SAP Applications

SAP System testing & documentation to support change management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

5+ years of hands-on relevant SAP-ERP system experience. SAP experience preferred in min. one of the following modules (PP, PM, LE).

Candidate must be proactive and able to work independently.

Experience within an international (complex) industrial group is beneficial.
