A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FORKLIFT OPERATOR 2

As a Forklift Operator 2, you are important to the initial and final phases of service to our clients. The bulk of your day consists of moving oversized materials, like construction tubing, to/from flatbed trucks. You'll also receive materials and prepare shipments to go out, and unload other trucks from shipping bays. You use a forklift to stack and move products, equipment, or materials in the warehouse and storage areas. Your physical stamina shines as you occasionally lift heavy items. You have great attention to detail and use that to inspect all manufacturing materials for damage or other issues, as well as ensure safety at all times. OSHA Forklift Certification is a PLUS!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FORKLIFT OPERATOR 2

This industrial warehouse position will train for several weeks on a Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. shift. Once fully trained, the shift will be Monday - Friday from 5:30 a.m - 3:00 p.m. Weekend overtime will occasionally be available.
