Part-Time Bookkeeper

Job Description

Intellectual Property Law Firm in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5+ years of experience and ability to work 15-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for AP, vendor records, invoice processing and have a strong interest in the systems used for those processes.

Responsibility:

All Account Payable – issuing checks, ACHs, EFT and wire transfers.

Heavy data entry of vendor and foreign invoices using Convera for foreign currency conversions.

Reconcile multiple bank accounts, credit cards and bank and credit card downloads.

Assist with client invoicing and collections for assigned clients.

Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP.

Perform other office duties as assigned

Experience:

Experience with TABS3 Billing, Accounts Payable and General Ledger software.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Self-starter, driving and following process.

Solution focused.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, focusing on team success.
