Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
Educate merchants on the services offered and the status of collection accounts
Provide in-depth product support to clients by resolving incoming inquiries
Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email
Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters
Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities
Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Is in the phone queue all day but does take turns and get off the phones to do emails
Who we’re looking for:
1-3 years of customer service experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience using CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce
Prior banking or finance related experiences
Organizational and time management skills required
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong problem-solving skills
