**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Pennsylvania. This position requires a professional with a robust background in adult ICU care. The ideal candidate will possess strong patient care skills and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide respiratory care to patients in a critical care setting.

- Develop and implement respiratory care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.

- Utilize advanced equipment and technology to monitor and support patient respiratory activities.

- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and management techniques.

- Document patient progress and care interventions in compliance with hospital policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Pennsylvania.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.

- Previous experience in adult ICU settings is required.

- Completed Pennsylvania child abuse clearance and fingerprinting.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Hours:**

- 12-hour shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM

- Expected hours: 36 hours per week
