Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to PM teams
Manage, keep record also organize on budget related document, system input and issue assigned report according to the PM plan
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Handle inventory management, pricing control to support team achievement
Collect, verify and analyze marketing budget to ensure that all the data is accuracy and efficiency
Work closely with SAP/ ERP System, budgeting and reporting
Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
0 - 3 years of experience in Sales Operation and Marketing operation
New graduate is also welcome
Strong analytical, mathematic, and numerical skills by using MS Excel
Exact, detail-oriented and well-organized person
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under high pressure
Good command of spoken and written in English
Computer literacy especially advanced in MS Excel, ability to use SAP is preferable
