Job Summary:
Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams - including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
Approach B2B customer in Gov, Data Centre, HPC and e-commerce, Telco.
Develop Superior Customer Service Relationship with prospects
Represent and sell the entire Supermicro portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers
Establishes a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives
Researches and understands the client's industry. Deeply understands client business strategies and challenges
Acts as a trusted advisor to client leaders, aggressively shapes deals early in the sales cycle. Advances opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for Supermicro
Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Supermicro capabilities to client business and IT priorities, and positioning relative to competitors
Works with all levels of decision-makers in the client organization including the CEO
Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedules, and to expedite and pending repair orders
Generate sales and forecasting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Consistently Achieve Sales Quota
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Computer Engineer/Computer Science A minimum 7-10 years working experience in IT industries
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
Preferred Strong attention to detail Effective organizational skills
Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks Consistent track record of meeting of exceeding sales target
Multi-task and time management skills are a must Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in Speaking and Writing English
