What You'll Do:

Architect and implement FPGA logic for high-speed data processing, signal generation, and network acceleration.

Optimize designs for sub-microsecond latency, timing closure, and resource efficiency.

Simulate, verify, and debug designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., ModelSim, Vivado, Quartus).

Collaborate with software, network, and systems engineers to define interfaces and protocols.

Integrate vendor IP cores and develop custom modules for payload inspection and trigger detection.

Support bring-up, testing, and deployment in lab and production environments.

Write clear technical documentation and participate in design reviews.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA or ASIC development using VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, or HLS.

Strong understanding of RTL design, synthesis, timing constraints, and simulation.

Experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP, PCIe, DMA, and host interface protocols.

Familiarity with FPGA toolchains (Vivado, Quartus) and SmartNIC platforms (e.g., Nvidia Bluefield, Xilinx, Intel/Altera).

Knowledge of Layer 1 switching, high-speed transceivers, and signal integrity.
