Assembly

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality metal parts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Assembler / Packager

Location: Chetek, WI

Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift & 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

Assemble small metal parts and quick connect couplings with precision.

Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of consistent and recent manufacturing experience.

Ability to stand for 8 hours during shifts.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Willingness to work overtime as required.
