As an AML/KYC Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed quality control reviews and managing the QC Case Queue to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with various programs within the CCB KYC AML Customer Escalations group

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform detailed QC reviews for processes within the CCB KYC AML Customer Escalations programs.

+ Self-manage business-as-usual (BAU) QC Case Queue with attention to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ad-hoc management priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

+ Positively influence and collaborate with peers and partners to bring solutions for tasks and initiatives that meet regulatory requirements, efficiency expectations, and business objectives.

+ Identify process and operational opportunities with possible recommendations and strategies for AML/KYC initiatives to senior management.

+ Influence change and champion mission-critical change initiatives; prepare and help others manage through change.

+ Review and analyze critical issues/errors, assess business risk and impact, and facilitate proper recommendation & escalation to senior management.

+ Establish and maintain the AML/KYC risk management and control framework through your case quality review to ensure consistent application of best practices and control standards across CCB.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or AML/KYC preferred.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required; data analytics preferred using Excel.

+ Business knowledge with the ability to understand the business and regulation surrounding it.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business leaders meaningfully.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

+ Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**

+ Advanced degree is preferred.

+ Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies is a plus.
