Assistant Dean Graduate Programs - SOB

The Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs offers academic and operational leadership to ensure the excellence and coherence of all postgraduate business programs. This role oversees the student academic journey—from admissions through graduation—ensuring alignment with institutional strategy and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a vision for graduate program portfolios.

- Oversee recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, course planning.

- Provide operational support to Program Leads.

- Lead data analytics efforts on enrollment and program effectiveness.

- Initiate/manage student mentoring program

- Serve on school leadership and university committees.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Phd in Management or Economics.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in graduate program administration.

- Proven leadership and cross functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
