Mazzotta is hiring an Administrative / Accounting Assistant for a small, well-established manufacturing company in the Watertown area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a close-knit office, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
What Youâ ll Do:
Manage front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
Perform data entry and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
Review, process, and reconcile invoices
Communicate with vendors and support light accounting functions
Assist with general office operations and special projects as needed
What You Bring:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills
Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred
Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
