Pulp Stacker

The Pulp Stacker converts raw materials and assembles parts into finished goods as directed by the department supervisor or designate by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Adheres to the company safety and quality policies at all times.

Follows established ISO work instructions as applicable.

Follows proper SOP stacking and configuration guides for quality customer service

Completes assigned manufacturing tasks using specified machinery and equipment in allotted time.

Oversees materials to minimize scrap and waste.

Processes scrap material for recycling.

Maintains work area and equipment according to established 5S standards at all times.

Operates machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Reports safety and quality issues, along with any maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Participate in established cross-training initiatives in other areas to support business goals and objectives.

Operates pallet jack to move product

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Ability to read and follow instructions, complete basic math, and document work.

Strong time management, teamwork, and communication skills.

Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, loud environment.

Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
