me Care Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA or CNA to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant/ PCA/caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities.

Duties:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

- Meal Prep

- Medication reminders

- Assist with patient mobility

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Transport clients to appointments

Qualifications:

- Compassionate and empathetic nature

- Previous experience in a home care setting preferred

- Experience caring for Alzheimer's and/or dementia clients desired

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be dependable with reliable means of transportation.
