Are you passionate about building robust cloud-native infrastructure, automating everything, and working at the core of scalable, secure platforms? We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help architect and run high-performance, containerised systems using cutting-edge cloud technologies.
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking digital consultancy working with leading global telco and media brands on next-gen infrastructure projects across Europe. You won’t just be managing cloud systems, you’ll be designing them, scaling them, and shaping the DevOps culture for world-class platforms.
Build and manage Kubernetes clusters and applications using Helm
Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (IAM, networking, routing, VPC)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and observable cloud environments
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar tools)
Contribute to the evolution of a GitOps-based workflow using ArgoCD
Enhance observability and monitoring through OpenTelemetry and industry-standard tooling
Drive automation with Docker, Bash, and infrastructure best practices
Key Requirement
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deploying workloads using Helm
Deep knowledge of AWS services: IAM, VPCs, routing, and networking fundamentals
Strong practical skills in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and manage cloud-native applications
German (B2+) and English (professional proficiency) needed
Degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (from a German or European university)
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
OpenTelemetry or similar monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar tools
Experience with Docker for building and running containers
Scripting in Bash for automation
Exposure to GitOps methodologies and tools like ArgoCD
