Associate Attorney

Busy law office specializing in immigration law with an immediate need for an Associate Attorney. Spanish fluency is a big plus. Primary duties include preparing immigration forms, pleadings and other general legal paperwork and correspondence, affidavits, data entry into immigration forms, consultations, and court/immigration office appearances. The candidate must be willing to travel approximately 2-4 times per month with the far majority of the travel being to the Cleveland Immigration Court. The desired position is full-time, but part-time candidates will also be considered. Must be licensed to practice in Ohio and have prior experience working as an attorney, but training will be provided. Please submit legal writing sample with your resume and cover letter.
