A respected general contractor partner is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Columbus area. This is a confidential opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on quality delivery across diverse project types.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to close-out

Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and subcontractor coordination

Lead subcontractor buyout and contract execution

Maintain proactive communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

Ensure project safety, quality control, and accurate documentation

Mentor junior project staff and foster a culture of accountability and performance

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Proven success on ground-up, CM-at-Risk, or design-build projects

Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
