Commercial Contracts NQ Solicitor In-house

Our client is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor for a 12-month fixed term contract position.

Candidates need to be able to point to a proven track record in working with commercial contract and agreements.

Based in Bedfordshire this company does offer hybrid working and would consider candidates looking to work 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities:Support the in-house legal team with the review, drafting and negotiating of commercial contractsWorking with the colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purposeUndertake contract administration tasksThe successful candidate will:A minimum of one years’ experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), third party agreements, supplier and public sector contractsHave good communication and strong interpersonal skillsHave a commercial / business outlook to their workOur client envisages that candidates with at least 1 years’ experience plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position.
