Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $4,000/week +Health Benes+ PTO + Travel if applicable

Position Description:

The Nurse Practitioner in the correctional setting provides healthcare services to incarcerated individuals within the scope of their license. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnostic testing, health screenings, prescribing medications, and educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Nurse Practitioner certification and CT license

Certification by a nationally accredited organization (AANP, ANCC preferred)

DEA and BLS required

Minimum 1 year of NP experience preferred

Correctional experience preferred

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
