YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You take on a variety of tasks in production, applying your qualifications according to the qualification matrix

Ensuring both product quality and efficient output is part of your daily responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness at your workstation and complying with EHS, OHS, and PO guidelines is a priority for you

Carefully following all company production rules comes naturally to you

You implement supervisor instructions reliably and with a strong sense of responsibility

With your structured approach, you help keep processes running smoothly

Your strong focus on order and safety makes you a valuable teammate

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed vocational training in a technical or production-related field is an advantage

Initial experience in production or an industrial environment is desirable

Willingness to work shifts

Careful and responsible work ethic

Team spirit and strong communication skills

Basic skills in operating machinery or technical equipment are a plus

Awareness of occupational safety and hygiene standards

OUR OFFERING

Monthly salary ranging from CZK 28,000 to CZK 36,000, depending on shift model and individual performance

Work in continuous operation schedule, with additional pay for afternoon, night, and weekend shifts

Overtime and hardship bonuses according to the Labor Code
