Computer Numerical Control Machinist

CNC Machinist – Mill Setup & Operation Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $26 – $33 per hour Location: Loveland, CO Job Type: Full-time Company Overview: We are a small, precision-focused machine shop looking for a hands-on CNC Machinist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills (currently using Mori-Seiki and Fanuc RoboDrill machines)Perform basic inspections and measurements at the machineWork with tolerances of .005 (some parts require up to .0001)Assist with chip removal, machine cleaning, and basic maintenance tasksCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flowWork in a small-shop environment where flexibility and a positive attitude are essential Required Qualifications:Experience setting up and operating 3-axis CNC milling machinesAbility to inspect and measure machined partsUnderstanding of machining tolerances and quality standardsWillingness to maintain machines and contribute to shop upkeepFamiliarity with Fanuc controlsBasic knowledge of Mastercam or GibbsCAM (Mastercam preferred)Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications:Programming experience in Mastercam3+2 machining experienceAbility to hold tight tolerances down to .0001Experience with Siemens controlsFamiliarity with handheld CMMsPrior experience with Fanuc RoboDrill Why Work With Us:Competitive pay with room for growthSupportive, low-ego team cultureOpportunity to work on a variety of parts in a hands-on environmentDirect interaction with ownership and engineering staff To Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed.
