Closer Media is a film production company headquartered in New York City that produces and finances feature films and documentaries.
The Company is seeking a receptionist for its Midtown West office.
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and will be a welcoming presence to guests of the Company.
Primary responsibilities: •\tGreeting and seating guests •\tAnswer and appropriately screen incoming calls and inquiries to determine purpose and refer calls to others when appropriate.
•\tManaging conference room bookings •\tHandling incoming and outgoing mail •\tProvide back up support to Office Manager and other Administrative Staff to support the operations of the office What we’re looking for: •\tEnergetic and welcoming presence •\tPrior experience in a similar role, or in hospitality a plus, but not a requirement •\tStrong communication skills, both verbal and written •\tBachelor’s degree This is a full-time Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) in-office position based in midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Salary Range: Approximately $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.
